Hi, I’m Lisa.

I’m a Product Manager with a foundation in development and a knack for keeping cross-functional teams moving in the same direction. My career in tech started with building checkout flows and payment integrations for brands like Converse and Reformation. I liked writing code, but what I really enjoyed was figuring out why a feature mattered, taking ownership, and working with teams to push things across the finish line. I still love code, but I’m moving forward with people and actionable outcomes, where I can apply creativity and analytical thinking to shape the entire story. That curiosity is what pushed me toward product.

Before that, I managed large events at JW Marriott. Picture hundreds of moving parts, deadlines stacked on top of each other, and clients making last-minute tweaks that had to be handled in real time. I learned how to keep people calm and motivated, give my team what they needed to succeed, take ownership and accountability, and deliver something polished under pressure. Honestly, it’s not so different from launching products, just with different timelines and fewer APIs.

These days, I’m all in on product management. I recently finished a Product Management certification, and now I’m taking a data analytics course to sharpen how I analyze data, review competitive intel, and design experiments.
